To hold your child’s spot, payment is due within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. If you do not pay within that time, we cannot guarantee their spot. On your invoice, click on the “Pay Now” button to pay using credit, debit, Apple Pay, or ACH bank transfers.

Yes. You can pay for one class and then let me know before the next one if your child will continue.

6-class package

Semester

School year

A 6-class package means that the student attends every week for six weeks. The price per class decreases with the semester package and further when you pay for the full school year. When you upgrade to the semester package, the remainder of the classes are prorated at the semester rate. The same goes for upgrading to the school year package.

We know that with kids, life gets in the way. Because your child’s success in tutoring depends on consistency, we prefer that you reschedule instead of skipping a class. Doing so is easy--just reach out at least 24 hours in advance of your child’s class date and time. Your child can take a maximum of three make-up classes per year between the hours of 1:30 pm and 6 pm Pacific Time.

If we cannot find a makeup class time that works for both of us, I can refund you the cost of the class minus 15 percent of the hourly rate.

If your child needs to take a pause, contact me as soon as possible. I will refund tuition for the remaining classes they miss minus 15 percent.Please know that I won’t be able to hold their spot open.
