My Writing Philosophy

Even professional authors get input to polish their writing. See what Write Right Now students do during each class to convey their ideas elegantly and powerfully:

  • receive detailed feedback on their own writing

  • see the challenges their classmates face and identify similar errors in their own work

  • take notes from a mini-lesson based on common errors

  • get step-by-step instructions on the next part of the assignment

Your role to help your student succeed? Let them do their own work--about one to two hours per week. All you need to do is check the group email with your student’s edits to see how your teen is learning to write right, now.

You will notice that your teen’s confidence and skill results in

  • overall coherence

  • convincing arguments

  • writing free of grammatical and mechanical errors

  • positive feedback from teachers

Sign your teen up for my Write Right Now program to provide them a solid foundation for success now and in the future!

  • “I really appreciate all that you've taught me and I am genuinely grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from you. I am sad to leave, but I know that I definitely benefit from everything you have taught me, applying it to anything I write. Thank you so much for sticking with me and my writing, and I wish you the best of luck and happiness.”

  • “If you’re looking for an English tutor, I highly recommend Power in Language Tutoring. My daughter’s writing has improved significantly since we began working with Ms. Advani in February of 7th grade. I’m happy to report my daughter is doing well in 9th grade English honors this year.”

Erase again, and then
